César ZUMARRAGA

César ZUMARRAGA is a partner at Tobar ZVS and head of the Natural Resources, Energy and Infrastructure practice group.  He has extensive experience in national and international transactions, principally focusing on the energy, natural resources and infrastructure industries.

Due to his work, Mr. ZUMARRAGA has been consistently ranked by publications such as The Legal 500 and Who´s Who Legal Mining.

He is a professor and director of mining law with a diploma in renewable and non-renewable energy law from the Universidad San Francisco de Quito USFQ.
