The following terms and conditions (hereinafter TERMS AND CONDITIONS) govern the use of the website www.tzvs.ec (hereinafter WEBSITE) and its available content, on or through it, by any party, whether an individual or legal entity (hereinafter USER).

The TERMS AND CONDITIONS are mandatory for every USER (understood as all parties that enter the website), and enforceable at all times by TOBARZVS C.L.

The USER is required to indemnify TOBARZVS C.L., its representatives, employees and affiliates for the costs and expenses, of any nature, including legal fees that TOBARZVS C.L. could incur as the result of any lawsuit and/or liability arising from improper use of the WEBSITE by the USER or non-compliance and/or breach of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The USER undertakes to cooperate when TOBARZVS C.L. requires, in the defense of any judicial or extrajudicial proceeding.

TOBARZVS C.L. reserves the right to modify, at any time, these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, without providing any notification to the USER, whatsoever. The USER agrees to be subjected to the latest version of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, at any moment, when required.

JURISDICTION AND COMPETENCE:

TOBARZVS C.L. may require, in any jurisdiction and under any legislation, compliance with or indemnity for damage or harm caused by improper use of the WEBSITE or violation and/or breach of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS by any USER.

In the event that any jurisdiction, through its legislation, is unable to apply any or various provisions set forth in these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, the USER is subjected to the applicable jurisdiction and legislation that most favors the interests of TOBARZVS C.L., likewise, any provision established in these TERMS AND CONDITIONS there were judicially inapplicable will be resolved extra-judicially in the jurisdiction and region deemed convenient by TOBARZVS C.L.
