On December 1, 2024, the President, through Executive Decree No. 468, amended the Currency Export Tax Rate for the fiscal year 2025 for imports listed under specific tariff subheadings.
The following are the applicable tax rates:
INDUSTRIES | RATE |
Pharmaceutical tariff subheadings | 0% |
Other industries tariff subheadings | 2,5% |
Due to the energy situation, a 0% rate for the Currency Export Tax is established for the months of January, February, and March 2025. This applies to the tariff subheadings to be determined by the Public Finance Authority.
