Óscar Vela Guarderas

Óscar Vela Guarderas joined the Corporate Law team of Tobar ZVS in June 2018. He joined the Dispute Resolution Unit in 2023. Oscar focuses on civil trials and alternative dispute resolution methods.

Oscar worked for four years in Corporate Law, participating in company mergers, establishment and liquidation of companies. In addition, he completed his pre-professional internship at the Civil Courts (Judicial Complex - Civil Judicial Unit) in Quito, reviewing cases, attending hearings and assisting judges in reviewing regulations to apply to each case.
