Andrés Paz y Miño is Director of the Energy practice at Tobar ZVS with 10 years of experience in legal advice specialized in mining, infrastructure and energy.

He represents companies, investment funds and lenders in a wide range of transactions, including commercial contracts, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, project development, project finance and regulatory advice.

Andrés regularly advises leading international mining companies and has participated in high-impact energy and infrastructure projects nationwide.

Additionally, Andrés is Arbitration Secretary at the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Quito Chamber of Commerce and at CIAM - International Arbitration and Mediation Center. He also holds the position of Secretary of the Board of Directors of one of the most important economic groups in the country.
