Andrés Paz y Miño is a Director in Tobar ZVS's Energy practice and has more than 10 years of experience in legal advisory work specializing in mining, infrastructure, and energy.
He represents companies, investment funds, and lenders in a wide range of transactions, including commercial contracts, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, project development, project finance, and regulatory matters.
Andrés regularly advises leading international mining companies throughout all phases of their projects and has taken part in high-impact energy and infrastructure projects of nationwide.
Additionally, Andrés serves as Arbitral Secretary at the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Quito Chamber of Commerce and at the International Arbitration and Mediation Center (CIAM), and in that capacity he has participated in more than 50 arbitrations. He also serves as Secretary of the Board of one of the country's most important business groups.
