Andrea Estrella is an Associate in the Corporate practice of Tobar ZVS. She joined the Firm in 2022. She has more than 5 years of experience in areas such as: commercial contracts, corporate, immigration and labor law.

He has focused his practice in advising on corporate structures of foundations and companies, mergers and acquisitions, takeover of companies, negotiation of shareholder agreements, corporate and labor due diligence, with a particular focus on restructuring of business projects and implementation of corporate tools such as corporate governance for family businesses.

In addition, it provides immigration advice for foreign personnel in Ecuador, obtaining operating permits, sanitary registrations and labor counseling.
