Álvaro Sevilla is a Partner of the Firm and heads the Corporate, Competition and Intellectual Property practices. He has more than 30 years of experience in these areas.

He is an expert in actions for abuse of market power, mergers and acquisitions, corrective measures and unfair competition. He also structures legal vehicles for business and project finance.

Clients value his knowledge of regulatory matters, including health, advertising, communications, telecommunications, and food and beverages.

Álvaro advises on matters related to copyrights, plant breeders' rights, trademarks and patents.
