She leads due diligence processes on labor matters within business acquisition or merger processes and develops labor risk mitigation strategies.

She has extensive experience in incorporation and nationalization processes of foreign entities in Ecuador. She is responsible for supporting clients in labor planning strategies, which includes: types of contracts, visas, compensation packages, and compliance with labor obligations.
