Iván García is a Partner at the Firm and leads the Tax practice. He has over 30 years of experience providing tax and financial consulting services to national and multinational clients from different economic sectors.
He focuses his practice on compliance audits, corporate finance, accounting, and merger and acquisition operations, analyzing and evaluating tax impacts and which are the most efficient structures.
In his professional career, he has been associated with international auditing and consulting firms, which gives him a global perspective on his clients' businesses from different angles, as well as the risks they are exposed to.
Iván was a professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador and the University of San Francisco de Quito.
