Hipatia Donoso is the Firm Director. She oversees Personal Data Protection and LegalTech practices. She has over 10 years of experience in corporate advising, including intellectual property. 

He advises both national and foreign companies on the implementation of personal data protection and regulatory compliance programs, including the design of information security strategies, best practices, policies, and contracts. 

Hipatia oversees the design and implementation of legal products anchored in ExponentiaLaw® brand technology, using tools such as artificial intelligence, document automation, and workflows. 

Her professional practice also includes advising and leading mergers and acquisitions projects, during the negotiation phases, contract drafting, and due diligence processes. Additionally, she participates in the development of defense and planning strategies for the Competition practice.
