César ZUMARRAGA is a partner at Tobar ZVS and head of the Natural Resources, Energy and Infrastructure practice group. He has extensive experience in national and international transactions, principally focusing on the energy, natural resources and infrastructure industries. Mr. ZUMARRAGA is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), The Foundation (formerly Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation) and the PDAC (Prospector and Developers Association of Canada).
