Andrea Estrella García is an attorney in the corporate practice of TZVS. She has more than 5 years of experience in areas such as: commercial contracts, corporate, immigration and labor law.

She has focused her practice in advising on corporate structures of foundations and companies, mergers and acquisitions, takeover of companies, negotiation of shareholder agreements, corporate and labor due diligence, with a particular focus on corporate restructuring and implementation of corporate tools such as corporate governance for family businesses.

Her experience includes consulting for local and foreign companies in the floriculture, commercial, pharmaceutical, postal, educational, and service sectors.
In addition, her experience also includes immigration counseling for expats in Ecuador, obtaining operating permits, sanitary registrations and labor counseling.
