In accordance with the provisions of the Labor Code, we would like to remind you that the public holidays corresponding to November 2 (All Souls’ Day) and November 3 (Independence of Cuenca) have been moved to November 3 and 4, 2025. These are non-recoverable national holidays, meaning they are mandatory days off for all employees.
If operational needs require work on these days, the employer must pay a 100% surcharge for the hours worked, as stipulated by the Labor Code.
Compliance with these provisions ensures the legal and responsible management of the company.
