In the month of July, taxpayers must comply with the following tax obligations:
Starting on July 1st, the urban property tax must be paid in the Municipality where the real estate is located, with a 10% surcharge on the tax value.
Audited taxpayers must submit the Tax Compliance Report and its corresponding annexes for the fiscal year 2023 by audited taxpayers between July 10 and 28 according to the ninth digit of the Unique Taxpayer Identification Number.
The Tax Return and Payment of the Foreign Exchange Tax must be made by taxpayers who did not return the foreign exchange generated in exports of goods and services during 2023, as follows:
The Semi-Annual VAT Return must be submitted as follows:
Entrepreneurs subject to the RIMPE regime must submit the Semi-Annual VAT Return between July 10 and 28 according to the ninth digit of the Unique Taxpayer Identification Number.
Companies under the control and supervision of the Superintendence of Companies, Securities, and Insurance that conduct credit sales with or without interest, must transfer the information on such sales to the Credit Data Registry by July 10th, which is part of the National Public Data Registry.
Owners of private vehicles with license plates ending number in 6 must pay the Motor Vehicle Tax to the financial institutions authorized by the IRS by July 31st.
The Ministry of Labor extended the deadline for the submission of the Equality Plans required by the Organic Law of Violet Economy until July 31, 2024.
Companies obliged to develop equality plans must include in the Equality Plan the creation of the Specialized Committee, or the designated person or position, for the monitoring, evaluation and periodic review of the Plan. In addition, they must disseminate and socialize the Equality Plan with all their collaborators, in order to ensure that it is implemented.
