His professional practice includes the management and handling of trademark portfolios for both local and international companies, as well as the planning, development, and execution of enforcement strategies against intellectual property rights violations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
From 2022 to 2025, he coordinated the activities of the European Union cooperation project on intellectual property IP Key Latin America<\/strong> in the Andean Community countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Additionally, he has extensive experience in plant variety protection and serves as legal representative in Ecuador for the world’s leading rose breeders.
