She has over 10 years of experience in corporate advising, including intellectual property.  <br\/> <br\/>He advises both national and foreign companies on the implementation of personal data protection and regulatory compliance programs, including the design of information security strategies, best practices, policies, and contracts.<br\/> <br\/>Hipatia oversees the design and implementation of legal products anchored in ExponentiaLaw\u00ae brand technology, using tools such as artificial intelligence, document automation, and workflows.<br\/> <br\/>Her professional practice also includes advising and leading mergers and acquisitions projects, during the negotiation phases, contract drafting, and due diligence processes.
