He has over 35 years of professional experience, primarily dedicated to assisting clients in building and growing their businesses.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He specializes in complex contracts, projects, and negotiations, typically advising investors and corporate clients in multi-jurisdictional transactions, integrating both legal and business perspectives.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As Managing Partner, he has driven digital transformation and Technology adoption, promoting the growth of technology in the practice of law (<em>Legaltech<\/em>), positioning himself as a pioneer and benchmark in the industry for the development of the law firm of the future.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To his professional practice he adds four years as president of one of the largest infrastructure companies in Ecuador&#8217;s resource industry.
