Her professional practice within the firm focuses on advising companies on compliance with labor and social security regulations, as well as managing corporate and regulatory matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She has experience handling procedures before the Ministry of Labor and the Ecuadorian Social Security Institute (IESS), including affiliations, contributions, and administrative processes to ensure compliance with employer obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additionally, she provides support in labor audits (due diligence) , internal regulation reviews, and advising on the drafting and review of employment contracts.
